Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched its 2021 Gold Wing Tour in India. After the launch of this tourer bike, the company has expanded its range of premium motorcycles in India. This premium tourer bike is available for sale with two versions. The ex-showroom price of the 2021 Gold Wing Tour manual transmission is Rs 37.20 lakh. At the same time, the airbag version with its DCT costs Rs 39.16 lakh. The prices of both these versions have been increased by Rs 10 lakh as compared to the old model. In India, this tourer motorcycle will be sold from Japan through a Completely Built Unit (CBU). Let us tell you that this is the company’s most expensive two-wheeler in India.
The 2021 Honda Gold Wing Tour is powered by a BS6 compliant engine, which also follows Euro5 norms. Talking about its power performance, it has been given 1833 cc in-line 6-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine for power. Its engine generates maximum power of 124.7 bhp at 5,500 rpm and peak torque of 170 Nm at 4,500 rpm. Its motor is equipped with two transmissions. These include a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT.
The 2021 Gold Wing Tour features a new 7-inch TFT screen, which supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It gets features like upgraded audio and speaker system, smart key operation, electrically adjustable windscreen, all LED lighting. For safety, it has been given ABS, Honda Selectable Torque Control, Dual Combined Brake System. In its DCT variant, customers have been given hill start assist, idling stop and airbags.
It has 4 modes for better riding experience. These include Tour, Sport, Ikon and Ren. The 2021 Gold Wing range will be sold at the company’s premium dealership BigWing.
