Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has once again made the prices of its Honda Shine expensive, giving a shock to its customers. The company has increased the price of this popular bike by Rs 1,200. The price of the drum brake variant of Honda Shine has now increased from Rs 71,550 to Rs 72,787. At the same time, the price of its disc brake variant has increased from Rs 76,346 to Rs 77,582. These are all Delhi ex-showroom prices.
Earlier, the company had increased the prices of its Shine by Rs 1,072 only last month. This is the third time in the last three months that the company has increased the prices of its Honda Shine. Let us tell you that this is Honda’s best selling bike in the country.
Talking about its power performance, 125 cc engine has been given in it. Its engine generates maximum power of 10.72 bhp at 7,500 rpm and peak torque of 10.9 Nm at 6,000 rpm. Its engine is equipped with a 5-speed gearbox.
It has a petrol tank with a capacity of 10.5 liters. The curb weight of its disc variant is 115 kg. At the same time, the curb weight of its drum brake variant is 114 kg.
Talking about its dimensions, its length is 2046 mm, width is 737 mm and height is 1116 mm. At the same time, its wheelbase is 1285 mm. Whereas, its ground clearance is 162 mm. Its seat length is 651 mm and height is 791 mm.
It has telescopic suspension at the front and hydraulic type suspension at the rear. Talking about the braking features of Honda Shine, there is an option to choose a 240 mm disc or 130 mm drum brake at the front. At the same time, 130 mm drum brake is available in its rear.
