71-year-old Resham Arora is one such artist, who did small roles in many big films, but today his financial condition has become very bad. He has narrated a heart-wrenching story. In the film ‘Agneepath’, Resham Arora played the role of a doctor who treated Mithun Chakraborty. Resham Arora has also played the role of a jailer in the film ‘Khuda Gawah’. But today the situation is such that they are wandering from door to door and they have no work.

In a conversation with ETimes, Arora opened up about his situation. He said, ‘Nothing has worked for me here. This is the situation since the time the lockdown started. Where people say things are opening up, I don’t see any work opportunity anywhere.

While narrating the story of this worst phase of his life, he said, ‘A few years ago I fell from the train and after that a strange insect bit me on the sets of Ashwini Dheer’s show Chidiya Ghar, due to which I was bitten for some time. I just stopped walking. The problem became worse for me while going through difficult times when my wife’s eyesight started decreasing. He was diagnosed with Acute Glaucoma. I really need work right now. CINTAA (Cine & TV Artistes Association) has helped me a little bit, but not enough to get myself in good shape. I am broken, I need financial help.
