How to make Backed Ziti Pasta
To make Backed Zitti Pasta, first put olive oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat. After that add garlic and onion and fry for about 3-4 minutes until the garlic and onion become soft. Now add meat and Italian sausages and fry them till they turn brown in color. Also keep in mind that while frying, their fat gets almost dry. Now mix tomato sauce, tomato juice, Italian seasoning, red chili powder and a little salt in it. Now let it cook on low flame for about 25 minutes.
Now take out three to four cups of cooked sauce in a separate bowl and let it cool down. Now take a big vessel to heat the water and add some salt to it. Now put ziti in it and cook it well. If cooking in the oven, then let it cook at 375 degrees Fahrendite. Now take a bowl and put two cups of mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, parsley, eggs, black pepper and eggs in it and stir well two or three times with a large spoon.
