Ingredients for Bread Bhajiya
Bread Slice – 5
Fresh curd – 1/2 cup
Besan – 3/4 cup
Green coriander (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Green Chili Paste – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) – 1/4
Salt – as needed

How to make Bread Bhajiya
To make Bread Bhajiya, first of all take the bread slices and cut off their four edges and set them aside. After that take a bowl and cut the white parts of the bread into small pieces. Now take another bowl and put gram flour in it first. After that add red chili, finely chopped onion, green chili paste, asafoetida, green coriander. After this, add half a cup of fresh thick curd to this mixture and mash the mixture well with your hands.

When the mixture mixes well with curd, add water as per requirement to dilute the solution. Now put the bread pieces in this solution and mix.

When this mixture mixes well, take a wok and keep it to heat on medium flame. Now add oil to it and increase the flame of the gas. When the oil is hot enough, turn the gas flame back to medium.
