1 cup flour
2-3 medium mashed potatoes
1/2 cup peas
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
1 tbsp tamarind chutney
1 tbsp mint chutney
3 tbsp curd
oil for frying
1 tsp red chili powder
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
black salt to taste
coriander leaves
sev for decoration

How to make Curd Samosa Chaat
First of all, knead the flour by mixing carom seeds, salt and water. Keep it aside for at least 15 minutes.
Mash some boiled potatoes with peas, green chilies and all dry spices.
