Ingredients for Black Paper Prawns
(for 4 people)
500 grams prawns, 4 finely chopped onions, 2 pieces ginger, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon basil leaves, 5 teaspoon butter, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 2 teaspoon chopped garlic, 1/2 cup coconut Milk, salt as required, 2 slices orange.

First of all, clean the prawns well and put the pan on medium flame and add butter to it.
When the pan is hot, add prawns and sprinkle salt and pepper.
When the prawn is cooked, keep it in a separate vessel.
Now fry onion, tomato and garlic in a pan.
Put in coconut milk and add pieces of dry chili, garlic and ginger.
When this mixture becomes thick, turn off the flame and let it cool down.
Grind it in a mixer.

Heat a non-stick pan and add this paste to it, add prawns and some salt and pepper.
When it dries up and coats the prawns, turn off the flame and serve hot.
You decorate it with orange slices and basil leaves.
