Keema Egg Curry Recipe: In the winter season, you must have often made Egg Curry at home and tried Keema many times. But have you ever tried egg curry and mince together? Ingredients to make Keema Egg Curry:

Mutton mince 250 grams

boiled eggs 4

Green peas 250 grams

Oil 3 tsp

One teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

tomato puree cup

cup grated onion

1 teaspoon grated ginger

whole red chili 2

bay leaf 2

cumin tsp

Turmeric powder quarter teaspoon

Red chili powder tsp

Coriander powder half teaspoon

garam masala half teaspoon

meat masala tsp

Green Coriander 4 tsp chopped

Recipe to make Minced Egg Curry:

To make Mince Egg Curry, first of all, keep a kadhai on medium gas and add oil to it. When the oil becomes hot, then add the standing spices i.e. cumin, bay leaves and whole red chilies. As soon as cumin seeds start crackling, add ginger garlic paste and stir it lightly with a spoon. Then add onion paste and fry it till it turns golden brown. After that add tomato puree to it. Then fry them on low flame till the oil starts separating from them. After this, put the mince in the pan and let it cook on medium flame for five minutes. Then add a cup of water to it and cover the pan and let the mince cook for another 5 minutes.

When the oil starts separating from the mince, then put peas in it and also add eggs. After this, let everything cook together again for about 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally with a spoon and check whether the peas are cooked properly or not. After this, as soon as the gravy starts thickening, turn off the gas and add ground garam masala and green coriander. Delicious Keema Egg Curry is ready. Serve it hot with whatever bread or rice you want to eat.
