Ingredients for Methi Paneer
Fenugreek – 2 cups
Paneer cut into squares – 1 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup
Tomatoes chopped – 2
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Garlic chopped – 5 buds
Cashews chopped – 15
Red chili – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp

How to make Fenugreek Paneer
To make fenugreek paneer, first of all take fenugreek and chop it finely. After this take a pan and heat the oil. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds to it and temper it. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger to it and fry it on medium flame. When the color of the onion becomes golden brown, then add chopped tomatoes, cashew nuts and salt as per taste and mix it well. When the tomatoes become soft and cooked well, then turn off the gas. Now cool this mixture and grind it in a mixer. In this way the gravy for Methi Paneer curry is ready.
Now put oil in the pan and heat it again and fry the paneer pieces in it till it becomes golden brown. After this, take out the paneer in a plate and keep it aside. Now put some oil in the pan and let the chopped fenugreek cook on medium flame. Cook it for about 3-4 minutes. Now add turmeric, coriander, red chili to the fenugreek and let it cook. Now add the already prepared gravy to it.

After this, add water to the pan and let it cook for about two to three minutes. Now add fried paneer and milk to it and let it cook. Let the gravy thicken slightly on medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes. After that turn off the gas. Your delicious Methi Paneer Sabzi is ready. Before serving it in lunch or dinner, garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
