How to make Paneer Paratha
To make Paneer Paratha, first take flour in a vessel. Knead it by adding a little salt and adding water to it. Take care that the dough should be soft. Now apply some oil on the dough and cover it with a wet cloth. Now take another vessel and add grated paneer, potato, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger, chilli, mango and salt as per taste and mix it all well. In this way your stuffing is ready to be stuffed in the paratha.

Now take the dough and knead it once again. Now make balls out of it. Now take a dough and roll it like a roti first. After this, keep the stuffing in the middle of it according to the type of paratha you want to eat. Now pack the dough from all sides. Now flatten it lightly and roll the paneer paratha with light hands by applying the flour of the panethan. With this, the parathas will not burst during rolling.
