Ingredients for making Red Sauce Pasta
To make sauce –
Tomato – 5-6
Water – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1
Garlic clove – 1
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
bay leaf-1
Baijal leaves – 4-5

Water – 3 cups
Salt – as per taste
Pasta – 100 grams

How to make Red Sauce Pasta
To make this recipe, first we will prepare red sauce. For this, put tomatoes in a pan and cook it. Add onion, garlic and bay leaves to it. Then add water. After that add salt and sugar (sugar) and mix well. Now cover the pan and let the tomatoes come to a boil. Now let it cool down and grind it to make a puree.

Heat oil in another pan and add onion, garlic and then mix the prepared puree in it. Keep cooking it till the puree is reduced to half. Then add Baijal leaves and keep the puree aside.
