Ingredients for Strawberry Chia Pudding
Low fat milk – 250 ml
Chia seeds – 25 gms
Strawberries – 200 grams
Star anise – 1

How to Make Strawberry Chia Pudding
To prepare Strawberry Chia Pudding, first take chia seeds and soak them in water for 2 hours. Take low fat milk (milk) and heat it by keeping it on the gas. Let the milk cook on the gas on medium flame. When the milk starts to boil lightly, then put a star anise in it and boil the milk. This milk has to be boiled till the milk is reduced to half. When the milk is reduced to half, then add soaked chia seeds to it.

Boil the milk mixed with chia seeds once again. After that keep the milk to cool down. Now take strawberries and make a puree of half of it. After this, put the remaining strawberries in the chia mixture and let it cool down. Now garnish it with fresh strawberries and let it cool. In this way your Strawberry Chia Pudding is ready. If you want, after keeping it in the fridge for some time, you can serve it for breakfast.
