Ingredients for making vegetable momos

For dough
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

For stuffing
1 cup carrots (grated)
1 cup cabbage (grated)
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup onions (finely chopped)
1 tsp garlic (sliced)
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt
4 tsp vinegar
4 tsp black pepper

The method of making vegetable momos
-Knead the flour, salt and baking powder hard with water.
Heat oil and add onion and garlic and fry it.
After frying on a high flame, add carrots and cabbage to it. Fry on high heat till golden.
Remove from the flame and add soy sauce, salt, vinegar and black pepper to it.
Roll the dough thinly and cut it into four or five rounds.
Take a round and wet its edges and fill some filling in the center.
-Gather the edges together and make a bundle shape.
Fill the rest of the rounds in the same manner.
After serving steam for 10 minutes, serve with sauce and mayonnaise.
