Ingredients for making Oil Free Pakoda
Besan – 1 cup
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Curd – 3 tbsp
grated raw potato – 1/2 cup
Onion chopped – 1/3 cup
Green coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
Ginger grated – 1/4 tsp
Green chili chopped – 1
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste

how to make oil free dumplings
To make oil free pakodas, first take a deep-bottomed vessel. Add gram flour, semolina, grated potato, onion, green coriander, ginger, green chili, turmeric powder, cumin, red chili, curd and salt as per taste. Now mix this mixture well so that all the ingredients are well mixed. Now add water to it and start making paste. Add enough water so that this paste of gram flour remains thick. Do not make the paste too thin or else there may be trouble in making pakodas. Now cover this paste and keep it aside for 15 minutes. After that open the solution. Now it is ready to make pakodas.
Now to make pakodas without oil, first take a non-stick pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the pan becomes hot, put small dumpling sized portions of the prepared batter in it. Now cover it with a lid and let these pakoras cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. After this, open the lid and turn the pakodas over to cook them from the other side. Now close the lid again. Now cook it for few minutes till it turns golden brown.

Now open the lid and let these pakoras cook on medium flame for about a minute, during which keep stirring them. Now take out oil free pakodas in a serving plate and prepare other pakodas in the same way. In this way your pakodas are ready without oil. They will not harm the heart and will also taste very tasty to eat. It can be served with green chutney or ketchup.
