In Ayurveda, there is a formula called Kanchanara Guggulu, which is believed to prevent the symptoms of uterine fibroids. A decoction of Kanchanar bark can solve this problem.
Generally Ayurvedic doctors recommend a decoction of its bark. A decoction of bark is prepared from 10 grams of bark powder and 160 grams of water. In one study, it was found that isopropanolic black cohosh is more effective in treating uterine fibroids in women with menopausal symptoms and relieves menopausal symptoms by reducing the size of the fibroids. Taking black cohosh root powder in the form of a tea or tablet daily helps to get rid of fibroids naturally.

It removes toxins from the body and thus acts as a natural blood purifier. Pregnant women should not take dong quai as it acts on the muscles of the uterus. Dong quai is available in tablet, cream, lotion, tincture and dry powder form. Its prolonged use or high dosage should be avoided.

The pure berry is commonly known as vitex. It is a traditional herb used to deal with gynecological problems such as premenstrual symptoms (PMS), heavy bleeding, painful menstruation, menopause and uterine fibroids.
It contains a chemical called diterpenoids that increases the secretion of dopamine that stimulates the pituitary gland. This leads to an increase in the level of progesterone and a decrease in the level of estrogen in the body, thereby reducing the size of the fibroids.
The leaves and flowers of this plant are used to prepare medicines and herbs. Vitex takes a long time to show better results. Chaste Berry Herb is available in tablet, capsule, tea, powder or tincture form. Take 30-50 drops of berry extract thrice a day.
For better results, consume it regularly for three months or more. Do not use chaste berry herb while using birth control pills. Get medical advice before taking chaste berry herbs if you are pregnant.

An in vitro study found that the curcumin found in turmeric inhibits the proliferation of leiomyoma cells, thus concluding that turmeric can be used as an alternative medicine to treat uterine leiomyoma.

For this, you take 1 inch long fresh ginger root and boil it in 2 cups of water. Leave it like this for 10 minutes and then drink it. You can add honey and cardamom to enhance the taste. This tea can be consumed twice a day. It also helps in relieving the symptoms associated with uterine fibroids. Garlic can also be added to tea for more effective results.

It is considered one of the best medicines to treat fibroids. It naturally detoxifies the body and cleanses the body. It removes excess estrogen from the body and shrinks the fibroids. A tea of 3 teaspoons of dandelion roots can be prepared in one and a half cups of hot water. Let the mixture remain like this for 15 minutes and then sieve. Drink 3 cups of tea daily to get relief.
