- Mushrooms sliced finely
- Green chilly
- green coriander
- rock salt
- pure desi ghee
How to make Veg Omelette
First put some ghee on the pan and now add veg egg i.e. mushroom and stir for a while. Now add all the chopped vegetables in it and mix a little. Fry it till it turns brown and keep turning it on both the sides so that it does not burn. Now add finely chopped tomatoes to it, you can also add other vegetables of your choice. Spread all the ingredients on the pan in the same way as for making omelet. Your veg omelet is ready. Now add green coriander leaves on top of it and enjoy the taste.
Mushroom veg omelet is low in calories
