On her social media handle, Yasmin has shared a video in which she is seen practicing five workouts. You can do these exercises at your home, which are helpful in maintaining your fitness. The good thing is that these five exercises can be tackled in 5 minutes. These range from different squats to lateral lunges. By following these, you can make your morning really good morning.
