He said that due to Corona epidemic, the Bihar Panchayat elections 2021 have reached postponement for the moment. If there is no election, a constitutional crisis will arise in front of the three-tier Panchayati Raj system. In such a situation, after the term of the term of the Panchayat representatives is over, they have demanded to extend the tenure of the old public representatives till the elections are held and the new people’s representatives come.
