Elon Musk seems to be living up to his ‘own no house’ promise. Last year, the SpaceX CEO tweeted that he would sell all of his real estate in an effort to remove “almost all physical assets.” By the end of the year they had sold four of their Bel Air residences for a total of $62 million. Now Musk is reportedly on the verge of selling the last asset in his portfolio as well.
Musk’s home in the San Francisco area was last listed for $32 million. Musk initially listed the 16,000-square-foot home last year for $35 million. According to records, in 2017 he paid $23.3 million for it. This historic home was originally built in 1912 and designed by the architecture firm Bliss & Favill.

According to the news of the New York Post, the property is currently pending for contingent offer. This means that Musk has accepted the buyer’s initial offer. Everyone says that there is a possibility that this deal may still be canceled. So where is Musk living now?
